This adventure unfolds on the chunk of ice that is Iapetus, loneliest of Saturn’s moons.

In the heart of the Marsilion Mountains, deep in the Land of Lost Kings where the reddish-brown snow is packed tight by mastodon marches,  lie the Spirit Shrouds, left behind by the Ancestors to keep the Abyssal Lord in the heart of Saturn, the child Cronus refused to vomit up, imprisoned.

They are failing.

--------

Spirit Shrouds of Saturn is a system-neutral old-school dungeon crawl for mid-level adventurers. It references things found in B/X systems, like hit dice, with the intention of making it quicker to prepare for your chosen system.

Adventurers explore the Marsilion Monastery, either in search or treasure or a way to restore the Spirit Shrouds, evading Gan the One-Armed Ogre who stalks the Monastery's halls. It's a small dungeon packed with opportunities for problem-solving and experimentation, good for a single-session.

The pristine version doesn't have the texture overlays over the pages; it has a little less style but might be easier to read.

This pulp fantasy adventure was crafted for the Appx. N Jam.
