Updated Book

I made several changes to the book that change its look and expand on the rules that were in there originally. I left most of it alone, so if you have the old version you won't be playing a different game, but the updated file definitely has some improvements.

1. Front cover: The game now has one.

2. Credits page: Includes contact and licensing info.

3. Table of contents: The game now has one. It's even bookmarked in the PDF.

4. Page numbers: There are page numbers now.

5. Art: There's a tiny bit more, either taken from Pixabay or composited from images found there.

6. Update Nut Poker and Fireball: Trying to give squirrels a reason to use these instead of just other options.

7. An Ohey NPC/threat: Want a legendary Ohey to appear in your game? There are now the stats for that.

8. Minor text changes: I don't even remember all of them now. I moved a paragraph from "doing stuff" to under the energy heading. Maybe I fixed a typo or two I found.

That's pretty much it! Another reminder, No Nut November will be $2.50 USD starting on January 28th (but will also have community copies available, so no need to panic if you are seeing this after the 28th).
