Day 1 Patch!
With some early feedback I was able to make some day 1 updates that will hopefully clarify some things. I was kind of racing November with this one, so some things definitely slipped by me.
- I made more intentional mention of tough and brittle as material conditions early on and used a bookmark to link them to their explanations in the crafting section. Hopefully, this leaves readers less lost about what to do with those tags and makes that information a little easier to find.
- I actually explained rolling for Corruption in the Corruption section, including what dice to use to make that roll. No more reading my mind necessary for using that sub-system!
I thought about having all the scavenging tables near the front of the book without any context kind of means reading about materials without knowing what all the extra bits mean, but I think this is a place where I'm going to sacrifice initial clarity for the sake of having those tables easy to find during play. If you get that far and start thinking, "What the heck does this even mean??" hang in there! I'll probably talk about it!
Anyone who's downloaded it already or is going to download it, thank you so much! The response to No Nut November always delights me.
Best of luck Surviving No Nut November! <---That's a bundle where ALL NNN stuff is available for $2.50!
