Small Rules Adjustments


I know I just published an update for this game, but I've had it on my mind. I've also been working on supplements for it including solo-play and a tournament module, which has meant looking at the rules and thinking about them in different contexts.

I buffed Study and nerfed Tenacity. The upside of Study was that it lets you see which of your opponents are Weaving so you could Feint against them with advantage, but that basically meant nothing in a one-on-one joust, so I made it include a pretty significant bonus to the roll (+2). Tenacity basically could mean an opponent getting up with full health two or three times which I thought felt too dominant and way more powerful than the tricks that are actually magic. So I made it half-health. I'll see as I test it if that feels too weak, but it felt fair for now.

The other thing I realized is that there was very little focus on the motorcycle themselves. My correction of this is small, but I put naming your motorcycle into the character creation steps. I think that will help players care about their bikes a little more and lend them some personality.
